By entering my name in the signature box below, I am electronically signing this document.  I understand that I must receive approval of the Design Review Committee (DRC) in order to proceed.  I understand that DRC approval does not constitute approval of the local building department and that I may be required to obtain a building permit.  I agree to complete improvements promptly after receiving approval.  I understand that my improvements must be completed per approved specifications or DRC approval is withdrawn.  I also understand that I shall maintain proper slope and drainage when installing landscape or building improvements.  I agree to complete improvements after receiving approval.  I have read the Covenants, Conditions, and Restriction and Design Guidelines, and agree to comply with these documents.  I will notify the DRC of completion so that a final inspection may be performed.
